The property’s value typically determines the amount Troy says the payments go toward litigating cases, conducting discovery, a thorough intake, understanding claims and defenses, and generating as much leverage for the client.
The last type of foreclosure defense firm is more of a bankruptcy law firm. One can expect to pay a one-time fee of about $600 – $1,200 upfront for help filing bankruptcy. It’s an ideal option if one’s debts amount to 50% of their annual income.
